A metaphor is a figure of speech that compares two unlike things without using “like” or “as.” An example would be “her heart is a warm fire.” Use a metaphor to describe yourself. Keep it to 140 characters or less.

I am the silence after a good laugh.
What a unique metaphor! I had to think about the implications behind this for a while. After a good laugh, that sobering silence (as an aftereffect) gives you the settling feeling of happiness. The good laugh is a burst of euphoria, and the silence is the thinking and resting in that contentment that comes after, right? At least, that is what I think you are trying to say through this metaphor. You can tell me if I’m wrong.
